I ordered some goods a month ago! Despite an email saying items despatched - still nothing. Have tried to contact re refund. No positive response. Just an automated reply. Same with telephone. Really do wish I’d researched before buying!!!!! Being that so many people have had the same treatment - I can’t understand why this company is allowed to continue trading. Now in the hands of my bank.
