Are you kidding me? Was never sent, had to get my money back from my card provider. Customer care absolutely non existent. Should be closed down by Companies House. Thankfully, my bank found in my favour and I managed to buy my items from Pets at Home. Shocking that this company (if you can call it that) is allowed to trade. PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. In fact my experience has taught me a very stark lesson. ALWAYS, and I do mean ALWAYS, check genuine reviews online.
