I placed an order and had still not received it after 2 weeks of waiting. I contacted NITDG and asked for a full refund. They said I would receive it withing 5-7 days. Then 2 weeks later I had my order suddenly delivered even though I had asked for a full refund, and had still not received my refund. Obviously my order was no longer needed because I needed dog food so had gone elsewhere as this order had taken so long!
Would NOT order from then again.
