I ordered a new coat for my dog in February, after receiving an email saying 'sorry it would be later than expected' it never arrived. I went on the website twice called left my name and number and i am still waiting for my call back two months later. They of corse took the money out of my account as soon as I purchased it on the website. A few weeks after i made this' purchase' they had the cheek to send me an email asking how much my dog loved there new product. Still waiting for the coat, a refund or a member of staff tongey hold of me. My advice if you read this go elsewhere. I won't be using this company again. It has left me over £30 out of pocket.
