I ordered some dog food at the beginning of March. I waited a couple of weeks and then chased up with an email as not received. Got a reply saying they’d look into it. Heard nothing. Chased again a week later. Received an email saying been resent. That was over a week ago and still no food. Tried to support a company other than amazon. But just not the same service. Will chase again!
