I ordered dog food on 3 March. I was told on 6 March that it was in transit and on 9 March that there was a delay.
It never arrived, so I notified my credit card company and the dog food manufacturer of the situation. The dog food manufacturer supplied an alternative within 3 days. Your company informed the dog food manufacturer that I had been refunded - I had not.
The dog food arrived today - a mere 6 weeks later......
