I placed an order for delivery in 5 business days and in 7 business days it had still not arrived. This meant my dog did not have the item for her kennel stay. Very frustrating and poor communication. I was told it had been dispatched and it hadn’t been. I like to support mall businesses always, but I’m afraid I will not be ordering from you again.
