Ordered some cat food which showed up as in stock, did receive an email several days after the order to advise despatch was delayed. After a few more days I managed to source it elsewhere and emailed to cancel. Received an email confirming cancellation and advising a refund would be processed, after 2 or 3 days received a further email advising me my order was in the warehouse and on it's way! Errr no, don't need the product any more so again emailed to cancel and request refund. First order and probably the last as a bit of a fiasco
