This is a joke. I cancelled my order 2 days after placing it and was told a refund had been issued at that point. This was on 22nd March and still waiting for the refund. Since then I got a dispatch email which I queried and again requested the refund and received no reply. Then today I get a message asking me to leave a review as my order had been delivered. It had not. Extremely disappointing customer experience please refund my payment immediately and take steps so this does not happen to other customers.
