I am kicking myself for my reading the reviews on this company prior to placing an order. It’s been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order - chased up customer service multiple times who have said it’s been dispatched but I’ve received no tracking advice. Have requested a refund twice and no response. No one answers their phone or responds to messages. So disappointed and angry with the lack of service.
