Ordered birthday cakes which weren’t dispatched until a week later, however 3 weeks on still not received and despite 4 emails regarding the package and also requesting a refund I have yet to receive a reply! I now have to file a complaint and refund request via my credit card company so based on this I would recommend avoiding this company.
