Would not recommend using this company; my order - just one dog bed - took over 4 weeks to arrive, despite being in stock. I phoned several times - no one answers, it just goes straight to recorded voicemail (American voice) and despite sending several emails I received no satisfactory response. Some of the emails went unanswered. The order eventually arrived out of the blue, with no tracking information having been sent prior, despite 'Amy' advising (in emails that were actually responded to) that I would receive tracking info once the parcel had been despatched. On the plus side, the item is correct and in perfect condition. However, the experience has been so unsatisfactory that prior to finally receiving the item, we contacted our credit card company to pursue a refund; the money had been taken from our credit card but we hadn't received the item nor had any satisfactory responses from Not in the Dog House. Highly unsatisfactory and inconvenient - and clearly this is usual given other feedback I've read online.
