Dog Bed and blanket ordered over a month ago, several emails, just kept saying the order has been dispatched and clearly it has not been. I have not received any communication from a courier service so obviously the order has not reached them. The emails appear generic with no evidence of actual investigation. Requested either goods or a refund. Advice from Trading Standards is to try and resolve the issue with the company, if no result then they will investigate.
This company is definitely In the dog house, be careful.
