I placed an order on the 4/4/23. This still has not arrived. I have sent numerous emails to ask for help and advice and get the same automated response each time stating it has been despatched and I will receive a tracking number shortly. I have phoned . No one picks up the phone so I have left messages for them to contact me. No one has. I have now asked for a refund. It looks like other people have had the same problem. For a family business your customer service is very poor indeed. Come on , please sort it out. Not happy.
