Dog food still not delivered and no valid response from x2 emails to Customer Services. In comparison two bags of dog food ordered from Amazon on the 27th April and subsequently delivered on the 29th April.
Also amazon was £10 cheaper than Not In The Dog House.
Now looking for a full refund from NITDH.
Extremely poor service on all counts. Would not recommend or do business with again.
A complete waste of £30.
