Dog food ordered and paid for 27th March. After several ‘sorry’ for delay emails I had to cancel order on 17th April as I had run out of food and bought elsewhere and asked for a refund.
I couldn’t believe how disorganised the company is when the food arrived on 26th April! I had to refuse delivery and the refund was actually paid on 27th in the afternoon.
Too stressful to ever consider buying from the company again
