I am surprised that I was asked for a review! The experience was dreadful. It took weeks to get the delivery. The phone is never answered. If you send an email, and you manage to get a reply. Your questions aren’t acknowledged. When the order finally arrived, every single Tin of dog food was dented, some to the extent it was unusable. All the Bonio biscuits were broken. Which leads me to believe they are buying in damaged or rendered stock. I would never buy from this company again.
