I ordered dog food 3 weeks ago it has still not arrived.
I have had to buy replacement food in the meantime. I've contacted customer services and they have just said it has been dispatched, I have no timescale and not been contacted by any courier.
I havent had an apology or a refund and I can't afford to buy anymore food for my dog.
I am disgusted with this. Everywhere else I buy the food from online it arrives with 3 days.
