Absolutely terrible service. I really wanted to start using more small businesses for online purchases, but this is exactly why people stick with Amazon etc.
I received an email on 20/04/2023 to say that my order (placed on 11/04/2023) was on its way. I tried to call customer service (no answer) and then emailed them again, no reply. It is now 04/05/23 and I still don’t have my order (which I have now had to purchase from a pet store, as the pet turned up! 🐶). Would not recommend wasting your time with these guys.
