Order a month ago. Asked where my order was and I got a generic email saying goods have been dispatched yet on my account it's still not fulfilled. Also I order raw bones ..... Clearly these are a health hazard if they have been lying around in the warehouse. Again I sent another email to the same reply.
Contacted my bank & included emails ( dates& times ) for a refund.
Terrible service for a retail business especially as people are wanting value for money. Shame because they had lost alot of customers if you read trust pilot which I did after the second email.
