Like some other people who have written reviews, I placed an order on the 22/02/23, after three weeks giving them time to deliver I contacted them because the order had not arrived, I could not get through on the telephone line but left numerous messages and then took to email, dozens of emails later eventually I got an email after 2-3 weeks to say they would cancel the order and refund my money that was middle to end of March they said 5-10 working days for refund we are now into May and still no refund, little or no response and any response I do ge tlike your money is on it's way yeah right. I have reported to trading standards and will look at other methods of getting my money back if this doesn't work. I cannot believe they are so utterly useless and worse have not made the refund. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would have not put a star rating but it was the only way to leave a review I would say minus i million stars or customer service and for not even doing what they said they would do when they did eventually respond
