It is disappointing, the website, the range of goods is excellent BUT having placed an order on 30th March, I have still not received it as of 5th May. The team id advise of possible delays (After I placed the order), but 7 weeks so far and got nothing is terrible. I have written to the Not in the Dog House team now multiple times (And also left messages on their telephone line) and although I received I reply it did not inspire confidence (Which turned out to be correct) that this was going to be resolved. I really want to support small businesses but they have to get the basics working like delivery, customer support and actually show that they care.
