Utterly useless company...
7 weeks after placing my order it is finally refunded.
Only responses to my multiple emails was 2 copy and paste emails saying that the order had been dispatched. Queried this weekly and got no further contact.
Eventually had to raise the issue with my credit card to start the refund process due to no contact from you.
Really needed the items and so disappointed at the worst experience I have ever had and no order to show for it at the end!
Disgusted with your appalling customer service!
