Unfortunately I have had terrible service with this company. I ordered a dog coat two months ago and never received it. Initial contact told me there was a delay and then later it was leaving the warehouse, never received it. After several emails and messages on their automated phone service (you never get to speak to an actual person) and zero response I got a refund back from my credit card company. Even a threat of leaving a negative review didn’t stir them into action. Would never order from this company again
