I ordered dog food in Feb. and was impressed by the email I received immediately, thanking me for supporting a small business. However, despite numerous emails from me asking what has happened to the order,and promises that I would shortly receive tracking for it, nothing has arrived.Phoning is impossible, emails are not answered.I have consulted Which?Legal and followed their advice, but so far no refund or dog food. This firm does not deserve any support- avoid.
