Still waiting for the dog bed that I ordered on the 1st May
Contacted them a few times by email and they said each time that they are going to send tracking number shortly, but they never do
I’ve asked which courier they use and I’ve had no reply so I think they are ignoring me now
So I’m still waiting as I’ve got to wait 30 days until I can contact my bank to help fight this and get my money back , hopefully I can get a refund for the £55.00 I’ve just spent with this awful company.
