Woeful company. I ordered cat food on the 5th April and received nothing for a month. After a follow-up conversation, they stated that my parcel had been dispatched however may have been lost and would have sent a replacement. No replacement was sent.
On the 3rd of May, they replied to my email and said that I will be refunded in 5 -10 days. It's now the 17th of May and I have yet to receive anything.
The company is an absolute joke and needs to be shut down immediately. Please avoid it like the plague, as they will only disappoint.
