On 15/04/2023 I ordered 2 dog coats. I have not received them despite chasing the organisation. I am told they have been dispatched and I will hear about delivery. I have not. I have requested a full refund. I have not had an acknowledgement to this e-mail either. I have e-mailed the organisation again today and am awaiting a reply
