I thought I was the only one with an issue with non delivery snd appalling communication. Been waiting since 6th April for 20 bags of catsan, still not received. Many emails to say you'll receive tracking info, the last straw today asking how my delivery was. It was non existent! Started a claim now from my credit card. I've bought from this company a long time ago, no issues, but clearly something is going wrong with them. I'm astonished that they're asking for feedback knowing how their service is so bad at the moment.
