Should have read the reviews on here first. An American voiced message answers on phoning them during their office hours, and no one gets back to you.
I ordered dog food in good time before running out on 11th May, and got concerned after a few days when the message against my ordered read unfulfilled. I messaged them 10 days later and was informed it was despatched. Well still not received any updates, or any dog food.
From what I have read here, I have lost £55.00 paid for much needed dog food. So annoyed, I have now had to buy elsewhere.
