My order was placed on 14th April, and I received the order confirmation right away. However, the item was not shipped for a whole month after! I had sent them no less than 5 emails to follow up, and each time I was told that they would get the warehouse to dispatch it right away. It took over a month for me to receive my order of one single item, which is just appalling. I wouldn't shop with them again.
