My order was made on 31/03/23 and not delivered until 13/05/23 way after the suggested delivery time..On 7/04/23 I received an apologetic email saying that the delivery was taking longer than usual. I messaged on 14/04 when it still had not arrived & had responses saying that the parcel had been dispatched but it still took weeks to be delivered and responses to my messages told me I would receive an email soon with tracking information that never arrived. They tracking system linked to the Shop app seemed complicated and did not work for me.I shall not use Not in the Dog House again
