I ordered some puppy food and as after 2 weeks I still had not received anything I chased. I received an apology and an assurance that it would be sent on that day. Fast forward another 2 weeks and I email again to cancel my order this time and request a refund. I was told this would be processed within a week. This was over 3 weeks ago, still no sign of either the puppy food or the refund
