Ordered 4 May and still not received goods. Emailed customer services several times. Take days to reply and don't provide information requested such as tracking numbers. I don't think they ever dispatched my order as they won't provide the information and no tracking number or details has ever come from a courier. The last email from them several days ago said "I can see your order was dispatched. If it has gone missing I can send a replacement". I replied and asked to send a replacement. Still no goods, tracking number or even confirmation they are sending a replacement. Terrible customer service, AVOID AVOID AVOID
