I never received the 2 x dog beds, customer service is appalling, tried the phone it's impossible to get through to anyone! your lucky if you get a reply to your emails and the app 'SHOP' is a joke as it doesn't give the tracking number but tells you the items have been shipped. I eventually got a reply to my email which said a mistake had been made and the items hadn't been despatched and had been resent, that was ages ago, I eventually got a reply to my email after asking for a refund, been told its 5-10 days, lets see otherwise I will be lodging a complaint with PayPal. Sad thing is I really liked the beds. .
