I've not received the items despite trying to contact the staff who repeat "I will look into it" and don't get back to me.
I call and leave a message, they don't return the call.
I've asked for a refund as it's been weeks since I ordered the items. Still no contact, no refund no goods.
I don't know why they are still in business. I am now considering my options. I am sure BBC Watchdog will want to hear from me .
