I ordered my item on 11 May and it's now 29 May and I still haven't received it. The order was processed quickly and it's a well-known brand at a good price so that is good. Communication has been very good too. The problem is I just haven't received it yet - shipping was quoted as 5 business days with a well-known carrier.
