Terrible service, kept lying to me when I asked where my parcel was, kept being told the item had been dispatched and I would receive tracking, 2 days later still no tracking and no parcel. I was then told they would send another as it must have got lost? I then asked to cancel my order but later that day was told my parcel was waiting to be collected by the courier from their warehouse. Two days later and still no tracking or parcel so I once again demanded a refund and they stated it would be 5 to 10 days before I received my refund. Never again.
