Ordered on 2nd May and payment taken on 3rd May . Still haven’t received goods as of 30th May . I have written 8 emails and left 2 voicemails . Responses to some but not all , saying it’s been dispatched. It’s been displaced and replacement sent , but still nothing ,
. No dispatch email or tracking information .
Have asked for refund , but nothing forthcoming . Complete nightmare and disaster . I have filed a claim with bank .
