Ordered over 20 days ago still have not recieved my items. Impossible to get through via the telephone. Emailed multiple times did have a reply saying i should of received a tracking number,emailed back explaining I have not had no reply no refund and no dog food. I can only imagine what predicament I would of been in if I didn't not have the funds to purchase more food from another place. Would never ever use again. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMENT
