Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered dog food over two weeks ago, it has still not been delivered dispute receiving a dispatched email. Due to the length of time it took for the dispatch I asked for the order to be cancelled and was promised a refund ... But I received no refund nor no product! So you have just taken £26 of my money for nothing!! Will be contacting trading standards about this.
