I placed an order on the 8th May 2023 and as of 31st May, I am still waiting for a refund. I cancelled my order after receiving emails that said there was a delay to my order and reading some poor reviews on Trustpilot.
I have sent many emails now and only get assured that my refund is being processed but it does look like I will have to go through my bank to get my money back.
Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
