Placed an order on 15th May for Wellness Core dog food. On 22nd Not in the Dog House contacted me apologising for the delay stating my order would be with me shortly. It is 1st June and as the order isn't delivered I have cancelled it and had to purchase the food from elsewhere as I've run out.
I am now told I have to wait 5/10 days for a refund.
Just don't understand why a company takes your money for a product they can't provide.
Will never order from this company again!
