Took more than 2 weeks to received my order, and actually I had to cancel it as I was in need of food for my dog, so had to loose time and go shop in shop to see where could I find this brand, as my normal supplier was run out, and my dog as too many food allergies, so loads of inconvenience and stress
And worst is the refund will take 10 days, really disappointed !
No clear communication!
