Ordered dog food about a month ago now and still hasn't arrived. Poor customer service if they decide to answer I get the same reply saying has been despatched and I will get tracking details. That doesn't happen. Made 2 orders at same time but only one arrived after much chasing. Now still £45 short and nothing to show. Asked for refund but just been ignored. Terrible service will certainly never use again and doubt my order or refund will ever arrive
