Having placed an order, it took a week before I was advised of a delay. Also not told how long the delay would be.
Due to this I ordered the dog food needed elsewhere, as I had no idea when/if my order would ever arrive.
I did contact them for an update (after ordering elsewhere), but the reply was no help.
Several weeks later I eventually received an email to say my order was at the warehouse for dispatch, I messaged to complain about the delay, from the reply the person didn’t seem to care, no apology or anything.
I had planned to just have this order, but after that I requested it was cancelled, which reminds me I need to check I received my refund.
