On 19/5/23 I ordered dog shampoo and conditioner; on 21/5/23 I was notified that the order had been dispatched. It is now 29/6/23 and despite sending several emails the goods have still not arrived. The last 4 emails received from them read "I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly".
I will definitely not recommend them nor use them again!
