I've yet to receive a dog blanket ordered 30.05.2023. I've received just one email reply to numerous chasers asking about the whereabouts of said blanket. This reply states , 'we'll send you another'. I haven't received confirmation of despatch of either blanket. I haven't to my knowledge received a refund as requested two weeks ago. I won't be ordering from Not in the Doghouse again. Nor could I recommend them to anyone who cares to ask... Poor indeed.
