Uncontactable by phone. Conflicting in e-mails. Order appearing to not be getting fulfilled, cancelled but no refund issued despite an extensive period of time allowed for it to arrive in account. Extremely poor all round. Seems I am one of many, many customers to go through this. Not acceptable.
