I purchased Rabbit Ears - with Hair - 1kg bags × 2 worth £45.96 altogether. That was on the 10th of June. They were never dispatched. 2 weeks later, on the 23rd of June, I asked for a refund. It's 7th of July and I have no money and no Rabbit Ears for my dog. Having an online shop with dog toys myself I'm absolutely outraged! There is no way I would ever treat my customers this way. Horrible. Will keep
